Ybor City is the place club atmosphere. If you want a hotel that is close to life night stay at the Renaissance Marriott and just go to bars there at the International Plaza. Regarding restaurants, there Bern's Steakhouse, which is good, but spendy. If you want a great experience in Florida, go to the Columbia in Ybor and sit in the hall of Flamenco.
