What is the use of sintered iron ore for steel manufacturers and how-sintering is done in simple terms?
I am a student a sintering plant. It is the only sintering plant in the world stands a steel mill complex. Why is this the case? Is sintered iron ore raw material for manufacturing steel bars used for construction of bridges, buildings and other? After ore sintered iron, what is what like? Iron ore also called limestone?
No iron ore is not as called limestone, although it may contain limestone. I'm surprised there is only one plant that I thought there were lots of them in northern Minnesota near the iron chain (and away from steel mills) sintered iron ore by my understanding is heat-treated to remove certain components of non-iron that are hunted like gas and was breaking the iron while it softens and thereby increasing the concentration of iron per ton of ore. So, how to transportation costs are less with less weight of waste per kilogram of iron.
